Join Our Team as a Supervisor Type II (Metrology/Calibration)!

At BAE Systems, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor Type II position at King Abdulaziz Air Base, Dhahran. As a pivotal member of the Royal Saudi Air Force, you will oversee calibration production and training tasks for the Secondary Calibration Squadron. Your experience and leadership will be the cornerstone of technical operations, ensuring high standards and effective support to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the metrology measurement and calibration operations.
  • Manage and support the Calibration Laboratory’s performance and technical staff.
  • Ensure adherence to RSAF directives, maintaining operational excellence.
  • Provide training and technical solutions to enhance team capabilities.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of an Ordinary National Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Proven experience in calibration, repair, and alignment of electronic systems.
  • Strong supervisory skills and the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
