- Proficiency in Arabic and English (Required)

- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records for easy accessibility.
- Oversee administrative policies and recommend changes as necessary.
- Open and distribute correspondence appropriately.
- Compile, proofread, and revise draft documents and reports.
- Prepare and present reports, collecting and analyzing information.
- Interact with customers and provide problem-solving assistance.
