In this crucial role, you will manage and maintain an extremely active Executive/Management schedule/calendar while providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Management and other assigned leadership staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences, including travel logistics.
- Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Maintain both electronic and paper records to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Oversee and recommend changes to administrative policies within the organization.
- Open and distribute correspondence as required.
- Compile, proofread, and revise draft documents and reports.
- Prepare reports and presentations by collecting and analyzing information.
- Create and maintain an efficient records management system.
- Interact with customers when appropriate and assist in problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary (Required)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Required)
