Position Overview:
We are seeking an Accounting/Financial Analyst to join the Client's Medical Services Management Department (MSMD). This department plays a crucial role in overseeing the provision of cost-effective and quality healthcare services to the eligible patient population, including partnerships with Johns Hopkins Medicine International and BUPA Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and fiscal responsibility over JHAH and TPA annual budgets.
  • Evaluate monthly budget iterations for cost fluctuations and ensure proper financial reporting.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and recommend changes to financial agreements.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for Board of Management meetings.
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies and impact analyses for new services and purchases.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred Masters Degree and professional qualifications such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA, CFA, and CIA.
  • At least 10 years of diversified accounting and finance experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and KSA tax legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
