As the Director of Food and Beverage, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the catering department, which includes restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Your mission is to enhance the profitability of each outlet while ensuring compliance with legal standards and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all food and beverage operations effectively.
  • Develop and engineer menu options, including pricing.

  • Preferred experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
