We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Eastern Province (Dammam - Khobar - Dhahran). At Be Group, a leader in Training & Consulting Services, you will have the opportunity to shape our sales strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B/B2C clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in training services
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and pricing offers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality
  • Track and report sales performance and market trends
  • Engage with government tenders and training contracts

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, especially in the training and service sectors
  • Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales, including dealing with government entities
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Preferred experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
