Join Our Team as an HR Specialist
We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join Anjam Al Reyadah Company, based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new candidates and manage their hiring process, including scheduling orientations with the HR Manager.
  • Oversee the visa issuance process for new candidates and visitors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Track and manage employee documents, ensuring timely renewals of Iqama, passports, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Admin Department for travel arrangements and accommodations for new candidates.
  • Liaise with the Finance Department to manage preparations for business travel, including bookings and allowances.
  • Administer medical and life insurance programs.
  • Support HR-related inquiries and maintain employee records in the HR system.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process in conjunction with the HR Manager.
  • Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, reporting any inconsistencies.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or Generalist.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically ZOHO.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and team management skills.
