We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join Anjam Al Reyadah Company, based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence.

We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist to join Anjam Al Reyadah Company, based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new candidates and manage their hiring process, including scheduling orientations with the HR Manager.
- Oversee the visa issuance process for new candidates and visitors, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Track and manage employee documents, ensuring timely renewals of Iqama, passports, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with the Admin Department for travel arrangements and accommodations for new candidates.
- Liaise with the Finance Department to manage preparations for business travel, including bookings and allowances.
- Administer medical and life insurance programs.
- Support HR-related inquiries and maintain employee records in the HR system.
- Facilitate the recruitment process in conjunction with the HR Manager.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, reporting any inconsistencies.
- Stay updated on labor legislation and compliance.
Qualifications:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Specialist or Generalist.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), specifically ZOHO.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and team management skills.
