BAE Systems, a global leader in defense and aerospace, is seeking a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This key role involves ensuring the maintenance of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft, thereby playing a pivotal role in supporting national security and defense efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the rectification of Tornado aircraft as assigned by the Maintenance Superintendent.
  • Ensure high standards of technical compliance while adhering to established rules and regulations.
  • Plan shift patterns and manage manpower effectively.
  • Act as a continuous improvement leader in maintenance operations.
  • Coordinate the certification of completed tasks and maintenance team training.
Requirements:
  • Extensive proven experience in aircraft maintenance within an operational environment.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to supervise maintenance personnel.
  • Hold a valid driving license and be able to tow Tornado aircraft.
  • Be fully conversant with technical documentation and maintenance regulations.
