Position: Project Administrator
As a Project Administrator for META Projects & Services, you will play a key role in the efficient coordination and execution of contracts and subcontracts. This position is crucial for understanding contract requirements and ensuring proper implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the construction industry and coordinate contract execution.
  • Utilize productivity tools such as Windows programs, SAP, Cora PPM, etc. to track documentation and approvals.
  • Work closely with project managers on financial discrepancies and project change orders.
  • Oversee administrative responsibilities related to contracts and required documentation.
  • Work effectively in a virtual setting via phone, Teams, One Drive, etc.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • At least 3 years administrative support experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
