Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with budget preparation for the Customer Service department and manage the assigned budget for the Business Director.
- Draft, implement, and execute policies and procedures for a quality customer service experience.
- Monitor performance metrics for customer service representatives and supervisors, preparing monthly performance reports.
- Analyze trends in customer complaints and inquiries and summarize findings in monthly reports.
- Oversee training and performance evaluations for current and new team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the line manager.
- Manage the daily workflow of the customer service team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience, including 5 years in a management or supervisory role within the water sector.
- Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
