About the Role
At Air Products, we are dedicated to reimagining what’s possible and tackling significant energy and environmental challenges. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Project Director, Project Managers, and Site Engineers, ensuring smooth project delivery through effective coordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating project activities in alignment with the execution plan.
  • Managing document control using systems like Aconex and handling routine documentation such as timesheets and travel requests.
  • Arranging meetings with relevant stakeholders and managing gate pass processes.
  • Assisting with team events and planning activities as needed.
  • Driving vehicles for site visits when required.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and document control platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge in Absher platform or Saudi Aramco ID processing is a plus.
