Are you passionate about providing exceptional service and making a difference in your community? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator at Maximus KSA.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to office management activities and branch operational support teams.
  • Greet beneficiaries warmly and ensure a high standard customer experience.
  • Register beneficiaries’ arrival on the CRM system and update it as needed.
  • Provide information about our services and answer queries effectively.
  • Inform beneficiaries about what to expect during their visit.
  • Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Follow defined processes related to facilities and office management.
  • Receive deliveries to the branch and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Support events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  • Act in accordance with company policies and procedures, upholding ethical standards.
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies regarding customer data.
  • Maintain a safe and proper work environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Knowledge Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in business administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
