Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office management activities and branch operational support teams.
- Greet beneficiaries warmly and ensure a high standard customer experience.
- Register beneficiaries’ arrival on the CRM system and update it as needed.
- Provide information about our services and answer queries effectively.
- Inform beneficiaries about what to expect during their visit.
- Handle inbound calls and direct them appropriately.
- Follow defined processes related to facilities and office management.
- Receive deliveries to the branch and complete necessary paperwork.
- Support events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Act in accordance with company policies and procedures, upholding ethical standards.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy policies regarding customer data.
- Maintain a safe and proper work environment, adhering to health and safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in business administration or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
