Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Fluency in English at a high level (speaking and writing).
  • Excellent ability in job planning and organizational structure preparation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs for employees.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor systems and laws.
  • Experience in managing recruitment processes and attracting talents.
  • The ability to design and implement human resources policies and develop the work environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and solve problems.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Develop training and development plans to enhance employee skills and achieve optimal performance.
  • Monitor the application of labor laws, systems, and internal regulations.
  • Supervise recruitment processes, evaluation, and performance management.
  • Enhance the work environment and motivate employees to ensure their satisfaction and increase productivity.
