Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)

Job Objective:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses leadership skills and strategic thinking ability to contribute to building high-performance teams in the fields of sales and marketing. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting the best talents and leading recruitment processes to ensure the provision of a specialized workforce that supports the strategic goals of the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the talent acquisition process from job advertisement to selection of the right candidate, with a focus on the sales and marketing fields.

• Attract recent graduates and high school graduates, and develop recruitment channels to ensure the attraction of the best young talents.

• Design and implement recruitment-focused training programs to support the professional development of new employees.

• Build innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talents and enhance the pool of qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with department managers to understand their needs and determine the required criteria for candidates.

• Monitor and track performance and provide feedback to improve the recruitment process.

• Work on enhancing the company's image as a preferred workplace and provide a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Strong and positive personality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in sales and marketing fields.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment methods and experience using electronic recruitment tools and specialized platforms.

• Analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions in recruitment processes.

• High ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the company's needs.
