Role Overview:
The IT Specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing IT systems at JIGPC. You will analyze system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance and security levels of systems. Your hands-on oversight will include the configuration and management of Information Technology systems for both the plant and office environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe working environment, demonstrating leadership in safety practices.
  • Participate in the development of operational documentation.
  • Manage capacity and monitoring processes, developing solution designs for IT initiatives.
  • Support and install hardware and software systems and manage IT ticketing systems.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for networks and systems, ensuring operational continuity.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • 8 years of experience in IT or database administration, preferred in an industrial setting.
  • Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MCSE are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and Microsoft Windows Server administration.
  • Proficiency in English and strong interpersonal skills.
