Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze system requirements and resolve relevant issues.
  • Oversee IT operations and perform troubleshooting for network systems, servers, and office IT infrastructure.
  • Manage IT ticketing systems and assist users with technical issues.
  • Participate in the development of operational tooling documentation.

Qualifications:
