Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Description: The role of the technical support specialist includes setting appropriate specifications for new devices, receiving devices, and ensuring they meet the specifications. Devices and their accessories are documented, and daily issues are recorded. Regular maintenance is required, as well as responding to user inquiries and directing them to specialized departments when necessary. In addition to preparing technical reports and developing working methods.
