Advanced Smelting Industries Co. (ASIC) invites applications for the position of Senior Supervisor Mechanical Furnace based in Jizan.

About the Role:
The Furnace Supervisor will oversee multiple mechanical teams performing preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance for smelter plant equipment. Responsibilities include:
  • Planning maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
  • Prioritizing work schedules for PMs, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Directing and supervising technicians to ensure safe work practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with SHE policies.
  • Maintaining clean and safe work areas while implementing 5S.
  • Managing and reporting safety incidents and breaches.
  • Reviewing quotes for materials and estimating costs/timeframes for maintenance work.
  • Utilizing SAP for work order follow-up and close-out.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

Minimum Experience:
8 years or more in heavy industries.

Required Skills:
Deep mechanical engineering knowledge, hands-on experience in mechanical works, troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of safety requirements. Experience in smelter plants or similar industries is highly advantageous. Competencies include critical thinking, decision-making, and maintenance management.
