- Assist the direct manager in setting the main objectives for the department and executing various administrative tasks.
- Provide support to colleagues and ensure the transfer of experiences and knowledge.
- Prepare specialized documents and reports.
- Implement specialized operations, projects, and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretary.
- At least one year of practical experience.
- Information Technology (CIT) and other relevant certifications preferred.
- Customer service, management and organization, report preparation, and database.
