Responsibilities:
  • Assist the direct manager in setting the main objectives for the department and executing various administrative tasks.
  • Provide support to colleagues and ensure the transfer of experiences and knowledge.
  • Prepare specialized documents and reports.
  • Implement specialized operations, projects, and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretary.
  • At least one year of practical experience.
  • Information Technology (CIT) and other relevant certifications preferred.
Skills:
  • Customer service, management and organization, report preparation, and database.
Working hours: Six days a week, morning shift.
