About the Role: Join Sunbulah Group as an Assistant Manager in Finance, where you will play a key role in our financial management processes. We are committed to delivering high-quality food products and unique pastries, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust over 44 years of service across various regions.

Key Accountability:
  • Responsible for overall Monthly Financial Closing of the Business Unit (BU).
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting for the BU.
  • Control accruals and prepare Balance Sheet schedules including rebate agreements.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of expenses and cost centers related to the BU to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly TMR, Budget, and Board Presentations.
  • Control Monthly Inventory stock provision.
  • Oversee External and Internal Audits.
  • Prepare P&L statements and perform various analyses related to financial performance.
  • Implement budgetary control and coordinate with stakeholders to prevent overspending.
  • Conceptualize and implement Business Process Automation and Digitization.
  • Manage financial spending of External Agencies and present monthly P&L reports to management.
  • Efficiently handle claims from internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
