Join Our Team as a Barista!
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to become part of our vibrant team at Hadya Group! Our ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and has a deep appreciation for great coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Ensure quality control by following proper brewing techniques and recipes.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Work as part of a team to create a positive café environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
Language:
Arabic and English (Required).
