About the Role

Atain is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Airlines Cargo to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the cargo domain, specifically involving the analysis of business requirements and the optimization of processes within the air cargo sector. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
• Develop various documentation artifacts, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, developers, Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and product teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background of 5-10 years in the air cargo and cargo handling sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work with API integrations and system interfaces.
• Solid understanding of cargo operations, including the shipment lifecycle, warehouse handling, and logistics processes.
• Experience operating effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with cargo management systems or airline cargo operations.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders within the company.
