We are seeking a dynamic individual to provide exceptional customer service at our Jeddah location. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive accurate information regarding our network, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain professional communication skills.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of all departments, products, and services to provide accurate information confidently.
  • Identify recurring issues and ensure the correct information is sent for prompt corrective actions.
  • Utilize various systems for preauthorizations, claims research, contract interpretation, and provider network status.
  • Interpret client and provider contracts while managing inbound calls effectively.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients while continuously improving service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints competently and resolve issues with minimal supervisor intervention.

Skills Required:
  • Experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Proficient with computers and capable of navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and basic analytical skills.
  • Excellent follow-up abilities and conflict resolution skills.
