• Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth hotel operations.
• Enforce safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare reports on housekeeping operations and staff performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree or certification preferred.
• Proficiency in computer systems for inventory management and reporting.
