We are looking for a Senior Cost Control Engineer to become a part of our esteemed construction team at Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) in Jeddah. This full-time on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to significant construction projects while honing your skills in cost management and engineering.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Senior Cost Control Engineer, you will be engaged in the following:
  • Monitoring project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Analyzing cost variances and preparing detailed cost reports.
  • Providing critical support and insights to project management teams to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications:
We expect the following qualifications from our ideal candidate:
  • Strong knowledge of cost control principles and techniques.
  • Proficiency in budget management and cost analysis.
  • Experience in preparing accurate cost reports and forecasts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Certification in Cost Engineering is a plus.
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in fabrication and installation projects.
  • Current residency in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
