We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in our organization. As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and reviewing our compliance program while promoting a culture of ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and review the compliance program and ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare compliance reports, analyze relevant data, and document any deviations or suspicions.
  • Monitor adherence to the Code of Conduct and relevant policies.
  • Review client files during account opening and classify clients in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Monitor employee personal trading activities and detect suspicious transactions.
  • Conduct initial reviews of new investment products for compliance.
  • Update compliance policies reflecting changes in regulations and conduct staff training.
  • Support corporate governance and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in compliance roles, preferably in banks or financial institutions.
  • Must pass the CME-2 exam issued by the Capital Market Authority.
  • Only Saudi Nationals are eligible to apply.
