About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in managing the order cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Process purchase orders received from NUPCO, CPs, and direct customers.
- Manage end-to-end order management, including system booking and liaising with warehouse.
- Coordinate with planners for stock orders and ensure timely availability.
- Prepare shipping documents as per customer requirements, including export licenses and declarations.
- Analyze Letters of Credit, and prepare documentation in compliance.
- Drive daily management tools by reviewing backlog and revenue recognition files.
- Manage customer inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, and order status.
- Prepare tender requirements and project quotations.
- Review existing operations procedures for improvement.
- Support commercial forecast accuracy by providing estimates.
Essential Requirements: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Customer service/logistics role.
- Proficient in using Oracle or similar ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of supply chain and export terminology.
