Join Our Team as a Customer Services Specialist!
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Services Specialist to join our team at Dيوان الذهب للذهب والمجوهرات in جدة. This role is essential in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience when interacting with our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers with explaining our services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, via email, or through social media.
  • Open customer accounts for all branches of the company.
  • Regularly update customer data and communicate with customers to complete updates.
  • Review customer data and ensure completeness for account openings.
  • Archive customer files and organize documentation for easy access.
  • Market our services and attract new customers.
  • Verify customer data for account openings.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer service, new accounts, and closed accounts.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as required.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Good command of English.

Education: High school or equivalent.
Experience: Entry-level (less than 1 to 3 years of experience).
