A debt collector is required to work in a leading company in the field of collection and financial services, who possesses high communication skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate. He will be responsible for following up and collecting overdue financial dues from clients in a professional and polite manner, while maintaining positive relationships with clients. The main tasks include:

• Daily communication with clients who are late in payment by phone

• Experience is not required

Prepare repayment plans and schedule debts according to clients' capabilities

• Document all procedures and follow-ups in the company’s system

• Achieve monthly collection targets

• Participate in developing suitable solutions for settling troubled debts
