Job Description:

We are looking for an active and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our team and support the company's growth by attracting the best talents. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from identifying job needs to signing contracts with suitable candidates.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with department managers to identify recruitment needs.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements through appropriate channels (job sites, social media, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and initial face-to-face interviews.
  • Arrange interviews for candidates with the relevant management.
  • Follow up on administrative recruitment procedures such as job offer, contract signing, and start date.
  • Update the recruitment system and prepare periodic reports.
  • Maintain an active candidate database.
  • Contribute to the development of the recruitment strategy and improvement of the candidate experience.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least [2] years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and candidate assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to organize tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office programs.
