Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Implement recruitment procedures (job advertising, CV screening, arranging interviews, coordinating with departments).
2. Prepare and prepare employment contracts, and follow up on their renewal and termination as needed.
3. Monitor employee attendance and departure, and record vacations and delays.
4. Supervise and continuously update employee files.
5. Participate in preparing training and career development plans.
6. Support performance evaluation processes and document results.
7. Communicate with government departments regarding employee affairs (insurance, passports, Ministry of Human Resources…).
8. Implement internal policies and procedures and ensure employees comply with them.
9. Address employee complaints and observations and follow up on their resolution.
10. Prepare periodic reports related to human resources and submit them to management.
