Join Our Team as a Digital Marketing Supervisor!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will lead our digital marketing efforts, driving strategy and overseeing the execution of campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering their growth and performance.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing innovative solutions to drive growth.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality deliverables and timely execution.
  • Develop and monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Create and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and project management software.
  • Digital marketing certifications (*, Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.

Position Summary:
To perform daily accounting operations and activities (invoices, POs, AP, AR, payroll) in accordance with accounting principles and standards in order to have a full and accurate statement of its financial position and to ensure that Rolaco complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

These reports may include profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, Customer & Supplier statements, and regulatory reports and filings.
- Prepare financial statement breakdown reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and submit to the supervisor for review and input.

Learning and Development:
- Keep abreast of any changes in accounting guidelines or principles.
- Take proactive responsibility for self-improvement by staying well informed of developments, knowledge, and innovation in the relevant field of expertise.
- Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor or other superiors.
- Further develop expertise through off-the-job training activities and involvement in more complex tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in accounting.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and programs.

Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
