We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to lead our finance division. The role encompasses managing cash flow, ensuring cost control, and maintaining compliance while driving financial performance.

Job Purpose:
Oversee the finance division to maximize cash flow and profit. Ensure accurate billing, revenue growth, and statutory compliance while monitoring financial performance against business plans and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Review and prepare final draft budgets for all departments.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting revenues and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures within the finance division.
  • Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.
  • Develop and implement finance procedures and controls.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide leadership and foster a culture of improvement within the finance team.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CMA preferred).
  • 510 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in Manufacturing Food & Beverage.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in financial regulations, reporting, and ERP systems.
