We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager to lead the Finance department of a leading F&B company in Jeddah, KSA. This is an exciting opportunity to shape financial strategies and reports that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in developing financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets. Perform financial analyses to support decision-making, including trend analysis, margin analysis, and profitability reviews.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Oversee preparation of accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. Manage the audit process to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to meet operational needs.
  • Strategic Business Support: Provide financial insights for strategic planning, collaborate with departments to drive cost efficiencies, and support decision-making through financial planning.
  • Team Leadership: Help build a strong financial culture within the company that promotes transparency and accountability.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring adherence to internal controls.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 57 years of progressive experience in financial management.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English & Arabic.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and ERP systems.
