Job Announcement: Financial Manager (Full-time) - In-Person

Job Title: Financial Manager (Full-time)
Location: Reflection Agency Office - Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Type of Employment: Full-time (In-office attendance)
Working Hours: 8 hours a day - 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

First Phase (Intensive First Month):
• Establish the financial and accounting department of the agency from scratch.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on the agency's current financial situation.
• Develop a comprehensive financial plan to control cash flows and enhance financial sustainability.
• Organize accounts and create an integrated financial system to monitor revenues and expenses.
• Prepare an investment file to support the agency's financial expansion and attract potential investors.

Ongoing Responsibilities after the First Month:
• Monitor and manage cash flows and financial analysis internally and externally.
• Provide financial consulting to external clients in managing their startup projects.
• Prepare periodic financial reports to support management and client decisions.
• Monitor budgets and control expenses to ensure the financial stability of the agency and clients.
• Supervise the management of invoices and payments and improve financial efficiency.
• Provide financial and investment proposals based on financial performance analysis and future forecasts.
• Develop investment plans to support entrepreneurs and startups.
• Provide accounting and financial management services to external clients, including financial reporting, tax planning, and effective financial strategies.
• Support the agency in developing its financial services directed towards clients, and improving financial consulting offerings.
• Respond quickly to unscheduled meetings, whether with clients or within the agency, and participate in financial discussions to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
• Follow up on the legal and tax obligations of the agency and clients to ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management and accounting, preferably with experience in financial services for startups.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax systems in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions to support agency growth.
• Experience in preparing financial reports, investment proposals, and financial plans.
• Skills in managing financial crises and developing recovery and expansion plans.
• Experience in providing financial and accounting consulting to external clients.
• Ability to respond quickly and attend unscheduled meetings when needed.
• Work in-person at the agency's office full-time - 6 days a week.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree, CPA, or ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in an executive management role
• Strong financial planning, budgeting, and reporting expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft ERP systems, IFRS, and Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Develop and oversee the annual budget and monitor financial performance
• Prepare and present financial reports and conduct financial analysis
• Manage cash flow and oversee tuition fee collection
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and liaise with auditors
