Job Title: Food and Beverage Salesperson

Welcome to Aghsan Al-Majd Company for Food Industries! We are looking for a talented Food and Beverage Salesperson to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
• Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival.
• Provide diverse food and beverage menus and respond to customer inquiries.
• Ensure and check the inventory of clean cups, utensils, and equipment.
• Conduct regular checks on devices and equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Receive customer orders and pay attention to details and preferences.
• Prepare and serve beverages, pastries, and fast food.
• Process cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain cleanliness in the food and beverage preparation area.

Required Skills:
• Proficient in handling coffee and espresso preparation equipment and the V60.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in different shifts.
• Accuracy and knowledge of customer preferences and food and beverage ingredients.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with different personalities.

Personal Skills:
• Possessing friendly and pleasant reactions.
• Good appearance and personal hygiene.
• Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently at the same time.
• Emotional stability when dealing with work pressure and difficult situations.
• Capacity for continuous learning and familiarity with the latest technologies used in making hot or cold beverages.
