Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer with 5+ years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both digital and print design.
• Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience in motion graphics and proficiency with programs such as Adobe After Effects or other motion tools.
• High creative flair with the ability to come up with unique and innovative design concepts.
• Experience in UI design and knowledge of web design principles is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines.
• A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Role Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Govyy, you will be responsible for leading the visual direction of our brand across all digital and print platforms. You will create compelling visual content, marketing materials, and brand assets that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. Your expertise in branding, digital design, and creative storytelling will play a crucial role in strengthening Govyy’s market presence and increasing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Brand Identity
  • Develop and maintain Govyy’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design high-quality social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Conceptualize and execute engaging ad creatives for digital campaigns, including paid media and influencer collaborations.
  • Create eye-catching product visuals, infographics, and motion graphics to enhance marketing efforts.
• Campaign & Digital Asset Development
  • Design landing pages, banners, and promotional assets that drive conversions.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visual storytelling assets for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns across social media platforms.
• Innovation & Trend Analysis
  • Stay ahead of design trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices to keep Govyy’s visuals fresh and engaging.
  • Experiment with new design formats, animations, and interactive content to enhance audience engagement.
  • Propose and implement design innovations to improve user experience (UX) on digital platforms.
• Collaboration & Leadership
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, providing art direction, feedback, and guidance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, eCommerce, and product development teams to align design with business objectives.
  • Work closely with external agencies, photographers, and videographers to enhance Govyy’s creative assets.
• Quality Control & Execution
  • Ensure all designs meet high-quality standards and align with Govyy’s branding guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Prepare print-ready files for packaging, promotional materials, and offline marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce, digital marketing, and branding projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video editing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with design tools.
• Knowledge of advertising design best practices for social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in eCommerce, FMCG, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands is preferred.
