At Batterjee Medical College, we strive to create visually compelling graphics that represent our brand and engage our students. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our marketing campaigns, institutional branding, and student engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Visual Design & Brand Development
- Design print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and posters.
- Develop engaging social media content with the Content & Social Media Specialist.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create templates for email campaigns and presentations.
2. Digital Media & Multimedia Design
- Design infographics, animations, and visual assets for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with videographers and photographers on multimedia projects.
- Optimize graphics for web and mobile platforms.
3. Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Support
- Work with the Copywriter to combine text with visuals in marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Officer on ad creatives for digital campaigns.
- Support the Communication & Media Relations Officer with materials for press kits and reports.
4. Design Project Management
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools for fresh content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 35+ years experience in graphic design, preferably in higher education or healthcare marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools like Canva or Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
