Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of dining room layout, table setups, and restaurant capacities.
• Manage restaurant reservations and communicate any changes promptly.
• Greet guests warmly and seat them according to the restaurant’s floor plan.
• Ensure the hostess stand is clean and organized, and pre-assign tables as needed.
• Display excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to guests’ needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
