Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our hotel operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Join a leading hospitality management company known for its commitment to excellence and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Implement marketing and sales plans to boost occupancy and revenue.
  • Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and timely.
  • Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in luxury properties.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record in achieving financial targets.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
