We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate People Business Partner to contribute to and support our Saudi Arabia Area (SAA).
As a People Business Partner, you will be a member of the IMEA People Leadership Team reporting into the Regional People Director for IMEA, and partner closely with leaders across the SAA Area to drive the commercial strategy. You will collaborate with the business, help drive its growth agenda by managing all people-related elements essential for achieving our ambitious growth aspirations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in solidifying our business growth by optimizing organizational design, enhancing engagement, championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, pinpointing future-ready capabilities, and aiming to foster a customer-centric culture.
Core Overview:
- Provides a business-facing role for 6 countries across the Saudi Arabia area.
- Aligns the organisation's people strategy with the business strategy.
- Advises senior leaders on People Function strategies that support growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the execution of People Function strategies, policies, and practices.
- Drives change and optimises the entire change management process.
- Focuses on corporate culture to attract and retain top talent.
- Coaches leaders to enhance their strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Plays a strategic role in managing M&A processes and ensuring success.
- Implements solutions to address identified people and business challenges.
- Collaborates with leaders in talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Facilitates the implementation of transformation strategies and ensures compliance with legislation.
- Utilizes analytics for data-driven decisions.
Who are we looking for:
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of strategic business partnering within a global matrix organisation.
- Strong teamwork skills and resilience in dealing with change.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and shape strategies.
