Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with hotel and corporate policies.
  • Assist the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hyatt’s and Miraval brand’s People Philosophy.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a strong company culture.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure HR administrative functions are performed according to standards.

Qualifications:
  • Open to Saudi nationals only.
  • A university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and commitment to a positive work environment.

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
