A human resources manager with at least 3 years of experience in human resources management and governmental affairs is required, possessing outstanding leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies in line with the company's objectives, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent. Main tasks: • Managing recruitment and hiring processes and developing human resources policies • Planning and implementing training and career development programs • Managing the performance evaluation system and developing compensation and benefits plans • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and related regulations • Managing labor relations and resolving disputes • Preparing and managing the human resources budget • Developing and improving the work environment and institutional culture.
