Join Our Dynamic Team as an HR Specialist!
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at Analytix Arabia Management Consultants. In this role, you will manage various HR functions crucial to the effective operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition process
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration and operational tasks
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of HR records
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations

Requirements:
  • Immediate availability
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law
  • Experience as a Government Relations Officer is a plus
  • Familiarity with government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, etc.
  • Proficiency in English
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR role
