We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to manage daily operations in our HR Department. This role is crucial for maintaining employee records and enhancing our team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll transactions and maintain attendance and overtime records.
- Coordinate employee performance appraisals and oversee training activities.
- Manage the orientation process for new hires.
- Document and track activities related to staff qualifications as per national and international health care accreditation standards.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with government applications and Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- One year of relevant experience is advantageous.
- Updated knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the country.
- Proven ability in using HR information systems and programs.
