We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to manage daily operations in our HR Department. This role is crucial for maintaining employee records and enhancing our team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle payroll transactions and maintain attendance and overtime records.
  • Coordinate employee performance appraisals and oversee training activities.
  • Manage the orientation process for new hires.
  • Document and track activities related to staff qualifications as per national and international health care accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with government applications and Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • One year of relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Updated knowledge of labor laws and regulations within the country.
  • Proven ability in using HR information systems and programs.
