As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing and managing projects from post-sales phase to completion. Your role will involve coordinating necessary resources, allocating budgets, and measuring performance and deliverables.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Technical and Operations:
  • Monitor ongoing project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Oversee project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular visits to project sites to ensure safety compliance and resolve project-specific challenges.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Contractors, and stakeholders for effective project execution.
  • Foster communication and teamwork to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, working with Finance to manage expenses.
  • Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Talent Development:
  • Lead and coach team members to foster empowerment.
  • Develop capabilities and secure a succession plan.
  • Conduct performance reviews and oversee development plans.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.

Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project/Construction Managers to take charge of various construction projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with robust project management skills and deep industry knowledge to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and site operations.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project scheduling software.
• Industry Experience: Extensive experience in site construction, particularly with the installation of steel storage tanks (in accordance with API 650 standards).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Contractor Experience: Proven track record of working directly for main contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage site operations including resource coordination, materials procurement, and subcontractor oversight.
• Use Primavera P6 and other project management tools to create detailed project schedules.
• Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Implement and maintain effective documentation and reporting procedures.
• Lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.
