Overview: We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project/Construction Managers to take charge of various construction projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with robust project management skills and deep industry knowledge to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of project execution methodologies and site operations.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other project scheduling software.
• Industry Experience: Extensive experience in site construction, particularly with the installation of steel storage tanks (in accordance with API 650 standards).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Contractor Experience: Proven track record of working directly for main contractors.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage site operations including resource coordination, materials procurement, and subcontractor oversight.
• Use Primavera P6 and other project management tools to create detailed project schedules.
• Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Implement and maintain effective documentation and reporting procedures.
• Lead regular project meetings to provide updates on project status.
• Identify and address project risks proactively.

About the Role:
The Project Manager is a key position responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post-sales phase to completion. This role is crucial in coordinating the necessary resources, allocating budgets, and measuring performance to ensure successful project delivery.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:

• Technical and Operations:
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Manage all project-related documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
  • Conduct on-site visits to oversee operations and ensure safety compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
  • Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor budgets and resource allocation, working closely with the Finance Department.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within project management.
• Talent Development:
  • Lead and coach team members, fostering empowerment and ownership.
  • Conduct performance reviews and oversee development plans.

• Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in project management.
