As a leading player in the Middle East Travel & Tourism industry, Elaf Group is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee purchasing activities and ensure the procurement of high-quality, cost-efficient items. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining positive supplier relations and ensuring that all procurement policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track supplier payment terms and ensure timely payments.
  • Manage requests for adding new items/suppliers to the procurement system.
  • Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications and product ranges.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain good supplier relations.
  • Supervise all activities within the purchasing department.
  • Review and analyze products and services for purchase.
  • Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records in the procurement system.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a procurement department.

Skills:
  • Fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in supervisory and management roles.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Assist in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with logistics for timely inbound/outbound shipments.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 35 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Location: Must be based in Jeddah.
