Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute purchasing strategies for global food and beverage products.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
  • Global Sourcing: Identify and onboard trusted international vendors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian import regulations.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Market & Risk Analysis: Monitor market trends and global price fluctuations.
  • Inventory & Demand Planning: Collaborate with teams to forecast demand.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Work with logistics partners for seamless delivery.
  • Contract Negotiation & Legal Compliance: Manage contracts to ensure favorable terms.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Mentor junior purchasing staff.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement within the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and supply chain logistics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.
  • Exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
