At KONE, we are dedicated to improving the world of work and fostering a collaborative and diverse work culture. We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to assure quality requirements and support the Quality Manager in deploying KONE's quality strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality performance improvements based on data analysis.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement projects using methodology.
  • Create and analyze datasets to monitor trends and aid decision-making.
  • Conduct product inspections and maintain quality records.
  • Share knowledge about quality methodology and ensure team capabilities.
  • Support internal and external audits and coordinate quality improvement actions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 45 years of experience in the Elevators & Escalators industry.
  • ISO 9001 quality certificate is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional certification like Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is desirable.
